SENIOR TRAINER - HR
JOB DESCRIPTION:

•     Direct report to Training manager
•     Analyze, Develop and Execute innovative training based on customer need.
•     Create annual training programs
•     Consistent to monitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training program by powerful feedback from customer.
•     Creating Monthly Operation Report (MOR)
•     Enhance customer skill and knowledge especially about investment.
•     Have a great relationship with customer to make a powerful teamwork.
•     Develop a systematic training based on customer classification.
•     Role-play for evaluating SPV delegates program.
•     Filing & Documentation (i.e. attendance list, evaluation report)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•     Experience in investment products (unit link, reksadana)
•     3 years expereince as trainer in banking or insurance industry
•     Certified Financial Planner + Waperd
•     Prefferably have certificate train the trainer
•     Male/Female, 25 - 35 years old
•     Bachelor degree in any field
•     Energetic and well presented
•     Good english proficiency
