CASE MONITORING (HEALTH BUSINESS UNIT) (JV1310057)

Responsibilities:
  •     Ensure the treatment performed in the providers are suitable and proper
  •     Ensure the process for admission and discharge of patients are smooth
  •     Communicate and visit to the doctors and providers
  •     Able to work on flexible hours
Requirements

  •     Maximum 30 years old
  •     Case monitoring for group medical
  •     Group health claim background
  •     Have, at least, one year of experience or general practice will be an advantage.

FINANCE STAFF (SHARIA) (JV1310018)

Responsibilities:
  •     Responsible for cost & cash flow management.
  •     Reminding & collecting outstanding premium.
  •     Reconcile balance sheet account.

Requirements:
  •     Male/Female, age max.28 years old.
  •     Minimum D3 Accounting (Tax recognized will be an advantage).
  •     Minimum experience 1 years in the same positions.

Requirements
  •     Maximum 28 years old.
  •     Diploma degree in any major, (GPA min 2.75).
  •     Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 1 years.
  •     Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
  •     Excellent communication & relationship skill.

BRANCH MANAGER

Responsibilities:
  •     Manages day-to-day activities of wide range branch sales and operations;
  •     To optimize the operating expenses of the branch by ensuring higher productivity of each team member and Formulating marketing strategies
  •     Reviews activity reports to ensure that all of team have achieved sales quotas, processed claims promptly, or credited collections to policyholders' accounts
  •     To plan and develop methods and procedures to increase sales, lower costs, and obtain greater efficiency
  •     To build and effectively manage relationship with the agents, clients and or brokers and to ensure that set service standards are implemented
  •     Identify and make recommendation to management of information form market research, competitor analysis to support development of new sales channels.

Requirements
  •     Male, maximum 40 years old
  •     Minimum University Graduates preferably from Master Degree from any discipline
  •     Minimum experience 6 years at this positions in General Insurance Company
  •     Minimum experience 4 years in managerial positions and have certified A3IK
  •     A strong knowledge of system, business plan and procedure

Responsibilities:
  •     Administrative duties and financial reporting tasks to complete financial statements (include; balance sheet & statement of cash flows).
  •     Support all policy preparation (include; input data, file documentation, and distribution kind of certificate or endorsement needed).
  •     To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure.
  •     To liaise with other insurance, brokers, loss adjusters, workshops, and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.

Requirements
  •     Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  •     Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  •     Leads and monitors activities of Telesales Representatives to ensure effective performance.
  •     Support the sales team and monitor the quality of phone calls and customer communications.
  •     Provides motivation to Representatives through individual contact, goal setting, periodic meetings, and recommendation of incentive plans.
  •     Trains staff on products and services (through formal training and one-on-one coaching/ mentoring) by focusing on the sales process to ensure maximum lead generation and high closure rates for new business.
  •     Compile all information for the generation of monthly reports, including monthly and quarterly revenue tracking and forecasting.
Requirements
  •     Age maximum 30 years old.
  •     Bachelor Degree majoring in any disipline with minimum GPA 2.75.
  •     Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field (preferably from Telemarketing/Telesales)

MOTOR VEHICLE BUSINESS UNITS GROUP HEAD (JV1310114) A

Responsibilities:
  •     Managing Business Units Motor Vehicle Portfolio's (Conventional & Sharia Business) as a key part of the continued growth business strategy within developing, implementing, maintaining, and controlling business process of Motor Vehicle Insurance (Underwriting to Claim Management).
  •     Develops, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Business Units Motor Vehicle Program (Conventional & Sharia Business) and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  •     Planning and direction of the claims operation, ensuring the delivery of a responsive and client-focused service for clients throughout the National region.
  •     Managing Motor Vehicle Claims, relationship with key institutional customers, appointment of surveyors and other third party agencies such as financial institutions, corporate and insurance regulatory bodies, formulating policies according to trends.
  •     Ensure the third party agreements are in place with handling aggregates in regards to salvage, assessors, and supplier agreements.
  •     Provide monthly activity report to Management including Claims portfolio and the overall Claims Management.
Requirements
  •     Maximum 45 years old.
  •     Minimum University Graduates preferably from Master Degree from any discipline.
  •     Minimum experience 5 years handling Claim MV or Underwriting MV Specialist for the national branches.
  •     Minimum experience 3 years in the same positions managerial for national business-wide.
  •     Having certified A3IK will be advantage.
  •     A strong knowledge for Motor Vehicle Claim coverage rules, such as the policy guidelines and the guidelines lay down by the local authorities thoroughly in order to be able to settle claims satisfactorily.
  •     Good understanding for Motor Vehicle Underwriting Specialists.
  •     A strong leadership, managing people, and customer relationship management.
  •     Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship.
  •     Having strong experience managing claims in Client entirety.
  •     Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage your time effectively.
  •     Proficient in English both oral & written.

Responsibilities:
  •     Incoming and outgoing post is accurately sorted and distributed.
  •     Filing is neatly and accurately filed.
  •     Equipment is maintained in operational order with paper and consumables replaced as required.
  •     Carryout non routine duties as required by the supervisor.
  •     Maintain levels of stationery.
  •     Support the claims team by providing high quality administrative tasks.
  •     Register new claim and adjuster fee, include payment process.

Requirements
  •     Maximum 28 years old.
  •     Diploma Degree in any major (degree from Insurance Academy will be advantaged).
  •     Minimum 1 year experience in Administration role handling claim general or health insurance.
